Step 2 Rear Support Stabilizer and Seat Cushion Installation
1. Insert the Seat Cushion (64) into the Rail (2), then install two Φ23×15 Cushions (58) to
the Rail (2) with two ST4.2×25 Cross Pan Head Self -drilling Screws (56) and two
Φ5×Φ9×1.0 Flat Washers (57).Tighten screws with the Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver
provided.
2. Install two Φ38×M10 Ru bber Pads (49) onto the Rear Support Stabilizer (4). Then attach
the Rear Support Stabilizer (4) onto the Rail (2) with three M8×15 Hexagon Bolts (59) and
three Φ8×Φ16×1.5 Flat Washers (18).Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench provided.
Step 3 Rail Installation
1. Connect the Rail (2) onto the rail joint of Main Frame (1) with two M8×20 Hexagon Bolts
(53),two Φ8 Spring Washers (54) and two Φ20×Φ8×1.5 Flat Washers (55).Tighte
n bolts
with the Allen Wrench provided.
2. Then attach one Φ30×Φ10×δ2.5 Big Washer (33) and one M10×20 Knob (34) onto the
tube of the Main Frame (34) by turning them in a clockwise direction to lock the Rail (2)
in place.
