a. Attach the part(#31) to the part(#5) using (2)M10*70 Hex
Bolts(#77).
b. Insert the 38*38 Plug(#57) and the 38*38 End Cap(#56) into
the end of part(#31) in turn.
c.
Attach the part(#32) to the part(#31) using (1)M8*45 Hex
Bolt(#90). Screw the Plastic Nut(#52) to the part(#32).
d. Attach the Backrest Pad(#24) to the part(#5) using (2)M8*65
Hex Bolts(#81).

a. Insert the 50*50 Plug(#59) and t
he φ30*7 Buffer(#53) into
the part(#7).
b. Use a mallet, insert the Top Shaft(#8) through the
part(#7) and through the part(#4) until it is flush with both
ends..
c.
Attach the Top Shaft(#8) to the part(#7) using (2)M8*20
Hex Bolts(#83).
d. Insert the Right Pec Shaft(#14) through the Right Pec
Rom(#10) and through the Ball Bearing(#67). Attach
these parts using (1)M16 Nylon Lock Nut(#87) and
(1)φ16 Washer(#68).
Note:
Wrench tighten nut(#87) then loosen nut just enough for
part(#14) to pivot freely
e. Set the Nut Cap(#88) onto the Nut(#87). Insert one 50*50
Plug(#59) into the part(#14).
f.
Assemble the Left Pec Shaft(#16) and Left Pec Rom(#9)
on the other side use same method.
