Register a support account and sign in.

Fill in the form for warranty claims and repair.

Print out the Product Return Number (PRN resp. RMA).
►
Pack product in a physically- and ESD-safe way, use original packaging if possible.

Enclose PRN number.

Decommissioning and Disposal
Make sure, that all sensitive data is removed from the device before decommissioning.
To remove all sensitive data from the device:

Perform a factory reset (see

Remove all sensitive data from the SD card.
►
Decommission the device.
►
Dispose the device and the SD card separately according to national laws and regulations.
