Touch button instruction
“PROG”: program select key : when
the treadmill is stopped ,cycle select the program P0-P36,U01-U03,HRC,Fat
you prefer.
“MODE”: mode select key; when you select the manual mode that is the normal mode. Press mode button you
can cycle select the Time countdown →distance countdown→calories countdown → Normal mode under
manual mode. The reposition of default of time countdown with 30 minutes when in P1-P36.
“START” key/”PAUSE”key: when the treadmill is stopped ,press the START key to turn on the treadmill. Press
“START” key when running, it wi
ll pause.
“STOP” key: Stop/Reposition/ Emergency Stop button. When the treadmill is running, slowly stop the treadmill
by pressing once the STOP key. When the LCD window show the ERR massage, press the stop key to clear the
err massage. When the treadmill
is running, press the “STOP” key twice, the treadmill will stop immediately.
“+” KEY: Increase the speed when running. Increase the parameter under the body fat testing or stopping.
“–” KEY: Decrease the speed when running. Decrease the parameter under the
body fat testing or stopping.
“QUICK SPEED” key: when the treadmill is running, you can set the speed directly by pressing the quick speed
key 3,6,9,12.

Safety key function
Safety lock composed by micro-switches, clothespins and nylon rope that with emergency stop function. In any
state, as long as pull-out safety locks, the power supply of treadmill always disconnect and prohibit any
manipulate as well as window displays: E-07and sound buzzer BIBI-BI. Then put well the safety lock, all show
that the full light for 2 seconds, then go to manual start mode (the equivalent of clearing reset).
MP3 player function
Computer has built-in dual-channel stereo, switching mode power supply and no signal mute function. Use the
distributive audio adapter MP3 wire to connect the MP3 input and computer music input, it will play.
USER program
There are three USER mode: U01-U03. In the USER mode, user can access or set your own sport program, press
“PROG” key cycle to “U01
-
U03”, then press “MODE” key to set or press the “STRAT” key to start moving
. Press
“MODE” key can set your own program (10 section speed and incline). After setting, user can press “START” to
start moving. The exclusive program for user will be saved. User can press “PROG” key cycle to U01
-U03 and
call directly.
