tes pour solutions.

Problème

Solution

Le voyant lumineux du moniteur n’est
pas allumé

• Vérifiez que le cordon d’alimentation est

branché.

• Assurez-vous que le moniteur est allumé

Plug and play impossible

• Vérifiez si la fonction plug and play de

l’appareil est compatible avec le PC.

• Vérifiez si la carte vidéo est compatible avec

la fonction plug and play.

• Vérifiez si la connexion de la ligne de signal

15 broches d est pliée

Image sombre

• Réglez la luminosité et / ou le contraste dans

le menu OSD

Image vacillante ou image avec ondula-
tions

• Il peut y avoir d’autres appareils électriques

ou des appareils avec des interférences
électroniques à proximité.

Le voyant d’alimentation est allumé
(clignotant), mais le moniteur n’a pas
d’image

• Assurez-vous que l’ordinateur est allumé.
• Assurez-vous que la carte vidéo PC est

correctement installée. Vérifiez si le câble
de signal du moniteur est correctement
connecté au PC.

• Vérifiez la fiche du câble de signal du

moniteur et assurez-vous que chaque
broche ne se plie pas.

• Vérifiez le voyant en appuyant sur la touche

de verrouillage des majuscules du clavier du
PC et vérifiez si le PC fonctionne.

Image trop rouge / verte / bleue

• Vérifiez le câble de signal du moniteur et

assurez-vous qu’aucune broche n’est tordue.

• Ajustez les couleurs dans le menu OSD

Le blanc n’apparaît pas blanc

• Réglez la température de couleur
