CARGA DE REFRIGERANTE
- Si es necesario añadir refrigerante 407C debe
hacerse en estado
LÍQUIDO
. Si se carga
refrigerante en forma de gas o de vapor se
van a crear condiciones incorrectas de la
mezcla. Para recuperar refrigerante deberá
realizarse en estado gaseoso y por
aspiración.
ATENCIÓN: Si es necesario soldar, es
obligatorio hacer circular el interior del
circuito frigorífico nitrógeno seco. La
combustión de refrigerante 407C produce
gas tóxico

Las fugas deben reparase
inmediatamente

Nunca sobrecargar refrigerante 407C.

Nunca utilizar el compresor como
bomba de vacío
-
El aceite extraído del sistema debe ser
almacenado y destruido.

Después de detectar una fuga grande
es necesario recuperar todo el
refrigerante y enviar al fabricante para
reciclar o destruir y cargar con
refrigerante nuevo.
REFRIGERANT CHARGE

If is necessary to add refrigerant 407C
always do it in
LIQUID
phase. Charging by
mistake refrigerant in gas or vapor form will
result in wrong mixture. To recuperate
refrigerant will be realized in gasesous
phase and for suction.
ATTENTION: If is necessary to make brazing,
it is obligatory to circulate inside the circuit
dry nitrogen. 407C refrigerant combustion
produces toxic gas.

Immediately repair all refrigerant leaks

Never overcharge the system

Never use compressor as vaccum pump
-
Oil removed from the system should be
stored and destroyed.

After detecting large refrigerant leakage is
necessary to recuperate all refrigerant and
send it to manufacturer to recycle or destroy
and charge with a new refrigerant.
