Program Lock function during recording
Controls
TV Screen
Insert a cassette recorded on this VCR. The VCR
will check the Tape Navigation data. The TAPE
NAVIGATION button will flash for a few seconds,
and then change to steady light if the VCR has
recognized the tape and normal operation can
proceed.

Press the NAVI button. The tape data menu appear
on the TV screen.

Press

to select PROGRAM LOCK. Press
the
cursor button to set PROGRAM LOCK to
“on”, and then press the MENU button.
Initially Program Lock is “off”.
Notes:
If you have specified TAPE NAVI (off), the
PROGRAM LOCK, DELETE and TAPE LIST will not
appear on the Tape Navi menu.
