To delete unnecessary tape number
Press the

to select DELETE,
and then press the ENTER button.
The TAPE LIST menu will appear on the TV screen.
Press the

to select the tape number you
want to delete, and then press
the ENTER button.
Note:
You cannot delete the
tape number which is being
inserted.
Using TAPE NAVI MENU
You can use the on-screen display menu to manage stored tape data. The TAPE NAVI MENU will allow
you to:
• Turn TAPE NAVI on or off.
• PROGRAM LOCK on or off.
• Delete tape data.
• Display the TAPE LIST and stored programmes.

Make sure that a cassette is not inserted, and

Notes:
• If you have specified TAPE NAVI – (off), the
following functions will not operate:
• With TAPE NAVI – (off), the TAPE NAVIGATION
button or NAVI button cannot function until you
change the setting to

(on).
• With TAPE NAVI – (off), Tape Navigation cannot
be used if a cassette recorded on this VCR is
inserted.
