Note:

To use the unit as an audio deck

Hi-Fi sound can be enjoyed using this VCR as an audio deck when connected to an audio system.
1. Connect this VCR and the stereo system.
2. Insert a cassette.
3. Press SPEED button to select "SP" or "EP".
4. Press the AVX button to turn on the L1 (Line 1) indicator in the display.
5. Press RECORD button.
6. To stop recording, press STOP button.
7. Select "OFF" following "MOVIE RETURN" on page 22.
8. To play back, rewind tape and select "Hi-Fi" following "AUDIO PLAYBACK SELECTION" on page 23,
then press PLAY.

Notes:

1. It is not required to turn the TV on.
2. Only audio is recorded and video is not recorded when no connection is made for the video in jack.
