Code Error Message Countermeasure
1401 Time has run out. “Image
Capture” cannot be executed.
Start up the main unit and
application again. Contact
service if the failure occurs
repeatedly.
This message appears if a time-out (50 s) has
occurred during image capturing. Image
capturing stops and the view mode returns to the
one before the image capturing. If the message
appears repeatedly, contact the nearest service
representative.
1411 Time has run out. “Quick Save”
cannot be executed.
Start up the main unit and
application again. Contact
service if the failure occurs
repeatedly.
This message appears if a time-out (30 s) has
occurred during quick saving. Quick saving stops
and the view mode returns to the one before the
quick saving.
If the message appears repeatedly, contact the
nearest service representative.
1420 Something wrong in Disk. Failed
to save the image.
Start up the main unit and
application again.
Contact service if the failure
occurs repeatedly.
Access to the hard disk or data saving medium
failed during image data saving. Image could not
be saved normally.
Click the [OK] button to dismiss the message.
Restart the system in the following procedure.
1. Turn off the PC power.
2. Turn off the main unit power.
3. Restart the PC.
4. Turn on the main unit power and start the
application.
If the same message appears repeatedly after
restart of the system, contact the nearest service
representative.
1421 Memory size is inadequate.
Failed to save the image.
This message appears when free space of the
hard disk or data saving medium is not adequate
for image data saving. Image could not be saved
normally. Click the [OK] button to dismiss the
message. Secure adequate free space in the
hard disk or data saving medium.
1422 The same File Name has been
found.
Do you replace it by a new file?
A file with the same name as the one you want to
save as is found in the destination folder to save.
Click the [OK] button to overwrite the existing file
with the new one. If the [Cancel] button is
clicked, the data saving window reappears.
