Do you open the door frequently or store a large amount of food at a time? As a result, temperature
in the refrigerator rises and stored ice becomes small or sticks together.
●
The door or the drawer compartment may not temporarily have been closed completely.
●
Small ice may be made if only a small amount of water remains in the water supply container.
ψ
Add water until water level reaches to the "Container-full line" of the water supply container. ( Pg. 16)
●
Ice stuck together may be made if the amount of water supplied to the ice tray is not even.
Add water until water level reaches to the "Container-full line" of the water supply container. ( Pg. 16)
●
If the ice tray is damaged, ice may not be easily separated from the ice tray and ice stuck together

ψ
It does not indicate any trouble.
●

when the door is closed.
●
Is food squeezed in? or Is a large amount of food put in at a time?
ψ

compartment, and do not store the amount of food that may prevent the door from
opening and closing.
ψ
Allow clearance between each food in each compartment.
●
Are Upper Freezer case and Slimline slide case installed correctly?
ψ
Install them correctly. ( Pg. 21)
●
Refrigerator may not fully cool according to the installation place, the clearance around it and the
surrounding conditions.
ψ
Check whether it has been installed correctly. ( Pg. 8)
●
Refrigerator may not cool fully when the temperature setting is "
弱
".
ψ
Switch the temperature setting of the compartment where it does not fully cool to "
中
" or "
強
".
●
Does the temperature around the refrigerator become high due to a seasonal factor (ex: using in summer)?
ψ
Switch the temperature setting of the compartment where it does not fully cool to "
強
".
●
Temperature in the refrigerator rises little by little while its door is open. If opening/closing the door
frequently or leaving the door open for a long time, temperature cannot easily lower.
ψ
Reduce the number of times of opening and closing the door or open/close the door quickly.
Frost and/or dew occur

The door or the drawer compartment may not temporarily have been closed completely.
ψ
Check whether the drawer compartment or the door has been closed completely after closing them.

Dew may adhere to the those parts when the indoor humidity is high (ex: rainy day).
●
Frost and/or dew may adhere to the refrigerator interior or the door frame when the warm outside air
comes in contact with those parts.
ψ
Wipe off with a dry cloth.
●
The humidity in the Vegetable Compartment is higher than other compartments.
(To prevent
vegetables drying and to make them last longer)
ψ
If it is undesirable that dew adheres to the stored vegetables, wrap them with the plastic film.
●
It is recommended to wrap the juicy food with plastic film etc.

Switch the temperature setting to "
弱
". ( Pg. 13)
●
Do not place any food in front of the cold air blowout port.
Refrigerator cools overly
Foods freeze
Door is not in a horizontal state
●
Installation place may not be horizontal.
Left side or right side of the door may be slightly lower when the left or right leg is sunk in the floor
surface because of the soft floor material and the addition of food weight.
ψ
This does not affect the refrigerator performance. Adjust the refrigerator adjustable mount to keep it
level if you want to correct it. ( Pg. 8)
ψ
Lay the firm board which has more than 1cm thickness on the floor if the refrigerator itself inclines.
●
It is because air entered the Refrigerator Compartment is rapidly cooled and the pressure in the
Refrigerator Compartment temporarily lowers.
●
Another door may open for a moment by the wind pressure generated when closing one door
because cool air path connects each compartment.
Door is not in a
horizontal state
More force is required to
open the door immediately
after closing the door.
Another door opens
after closing one door.
