Separating the LENS assembly and the DICHROIC OPTICS UNIT
Remove four screws shown in the picture. Four hexagonal nuts will drop off since they are not fixed to
the DICROIC OPTICS UNIT. Pay attention not to loose them.
ATTENTION
DICHROIC OPTICS UNIT replacement
This replacement requires attaching the shading sheets and the plastic spacer to the new
DICHROIC OPTICS UNIT. Be sure to do this work by following instruction.
1) Remove two shading sheets from the original DICHROIC OPTICS UNIT, and stick them to the
new one as they were.
2) Remove a plastic spacer from the original DICHROIC OPTICS UNIT, and stick it to the new one
as it was. Otherwise, the DICROIC OPTICS UNIT may be cracked or broken.

Shading sheet
Align the edges of
the shading sheet
with the corners of
the DICHROIC
OPTICS UNIT.

Attach two shading sheets to the
DICHROIC OPTICS UNIT properly.
