2. Funktionsprinzip
pipetus ® -junior ist eine manuelle Pipettierhilfe für
alle handelsüblichen Pipetten ab ca. 0,5 ml. Durch
Drücken des “Pump”-Knopfes wird das Pipettier-
medium in die Pipette gesaugt. Ein vollständiges
Drücken fördert ca. 2 ml Wasser, teilweises oder
mehrmaliges Drücken fördert entsprechend. Das
Entleeren der Pipette durch Auslaufen (Ex)
geschieht über Drücken des “Out”-Knopfes. Die
Auslaufgeschwindigkeit kann über vermindertes
Drücken des “Out”-Knopfes reguliert werden. Bei
Verwendung von Blow-out-(Ausblas)Pipetten wird
der Flüssigkeitsrest in der Pipettenspitze durch ein-
maliges Drücken des Gummiballs (A) ausgebla-
sen.
2. Operating principle
pipetus ® -junior has no necessity of an electrical
power supply, as a manually operated suction
pump is built-in the handel. pipetus
® -junior is suita-
ble for all pipettes from 0,5 ml upwards. Pipetting
is controlled by separate fingertip control buttons
to fill (PUMP) and dispense (OUT). Pipette filling is
controlled by repeated pumping of the button,
with each pump about 2 ml of liquid are aspira-
ted into the pipette. Dispensing is controlled by a
control button (OUT). By pressing the OUT button
the pipette will deliver by gravity. When using
blow-out pipettes, the residual liquid in the pipette
tip is ejected through unique pressure on the rub-
ber ball (A). The speed of delivery can be regula-
ted by pressing the OUT button.
