1. Drag the red and blue arrows, to specify the interval to be saved.

Hold down the

Shift

key and left-click in the viewer to move the blue

arrow.
Hold down the

Ctrl

key and left-click in the viewer to move the red arrow.

2. Select

File - Save Between Cursors
