1. Fit the crimping / pressing jaws.
2. Insert the battery.
3. Press and hold down the control switch until the piston is just short of the crimping jaws.
4. Release the control switch.
➥ The piston stops.
5. Press the pin on the tubular guard.
6. Push the tubular guard to the desired position until the pin engages.
➥ The piston retracts only as far as the selected position.
5.5.2 Extending the stroke

Risk of injury! Unintentional starting.

Remove the battery before inserting the crimping jaws.
1. Fit the crimping / pressing jaws.
2. Insert the battery.
3. Press the pin on the tubular guard.
4. Push the tubular guard to the desired position until the pin engages.
➥ When you press the return button the piston retracts to the selected position.
