2. Tap Change Password.
3. Enter old password and new password, and confirm the new password.
4. Tap OK.
Note
Next time you log in to the device, use the new password.
7.5 Upgrade
You can upgrade the device version.
Before You Start
• Import the upgrade file to the device.
• Ensure the device battery power is larger than 20%.
Steps
1. Tap Settings → Device → System Upgrade .
2. Tap SELECT UPGRADE PACKAGE.
3. Select the upgrade file from the saved path.
4. Tap Install Now.
Caution
• Ensure the device battery power is larger than 20% before upgrade.
• The upgrade process will continue for 1 to 10 minutes. DO NOT shut down the device. After
upgrade finishes, the device will reboot automatically.
7.6 Export Log
You can export log to the local storage.
Steps
1. Tap Settings → Device → Export Log .
2. Select the folder to save the log, and tap EXPORT.
3. Tap EXPORT on the popup message box.
Result
Log will be exported to the selected folder, and is named as "error_date_log.zip", such as
"error_20191219_log.zip".
