Chapter 3 Storage, Playback, and Backup
3.1 Storage
The recorded video, taped audio, and captured picture will be stored in the device.
3.1.1 Format Storage Media
If the storage media is full, format it to clear the data via Body Camera Assistant. Refer to "Format
Storage Media" in "Operation via Body Camera Assistant" for details.
3.1.2 Record
You can record video via the device.
Steps
1. Press (recording button).
appears on the status bar, indicating the device is recording.
2. Press the recording button again and the icon disappears, indicating the recording stopped.
3. Optional: Tap File MGT on the main menu to view the recorded video.
Note
• If you want to record a period of time before recording starts, tap Settings → System → Pre-
record to set pre-record.
• If you want to record a period of time after recording ends, tap Settings → System → Post-
record to set post-record.
3.1.3 Start Recording Once Powered up
If you want the device to start recording once it is powered up, you can enable the function.
Steps
1. Tap Settings → System → Record once Powered up
。
2. Tap Enable.
3.1.4 Tape
You can tape audio via the device.
