Steps   
1. Go to Configuration → System → User Management → User Management
2. Select the admin user. 
3. Click Account Security Settings
4. Click Modify

11.3.2 Configure Security Questions 

The security questions can help you to reset password when you forget your password, or 
encounter security issues. You can configure security questions via web browser.
