8.5.3

V80R - Internal filter in the stabiliser control
valve

WARNING

Dirt will damage the hydraulic system
It is not possible to clean the cartridge, it must
always be replaced.

This filter is used only in V80R stabiliser control
valves that are used together with a non-V80R
main control valve.

1. Switch off hydraulic system. Release filter

from pressure.

2. Clean the immediate surrounding area of

the outlet section of the stabiliser control
valve/s.

3. Remove the plug using a 6 mm hexagonal

wrench.

4. Remove the spring together with the filter

from the hole.

5. Examine the surface of the filter for dirt

residue and larger particles; these can indi-
cate damage to the components.

6. Replace with a new filter kit.

7. Tighten the plug, torque 30 Nm.

8. Switch on hydraulic system and check for

leakages.
