I.- INTRODUCTION
The cooker is presented as a
unique model with a cast iron front,
enamelled in black. It features a
enamelled hob cover that matches
the front and sides, as well as a cast
iron fireplace and legs to lift it off the
floor. The legs are optional and do
not have to be mounted if not
required. In this case, the cooker will
rest directly on a platform.
IMPORTANT: Use a damp cloth
and soapy water to clean all enamel
parts and then dry. Don not use
strong detergents or abrasive
products with acid components that
may damage the enamel.
II.- FEATURES
HOB-
Cast iron, grey, robust and
carefully polished.
FIREPLACE
- Combined type,
suitable for burning coal and wood.
The size of the fireplace can be
reduced easily by means of the
adapters provided, as can be seen in
the following figure.
These
cookers
include
a
comfortable device used to shake the
grill from outside. It is located
beneath the log door and, when
used, removes the ash that
accumulates on the grill, providing
improved combustion features -

REGULATING DRAW- Each cooker
comes with an enamelled front with
a draw valve and chimney cleaning
cover that must be installed so as
not to interfere with the hob cover.
Draw can be adjusted by opening or
closing the said valve and regulating
the inflow of air through the ash pan,
as indicated the following figures.
INTERIOR
- The interior is fully
protected by refractory materials and
cast iron components in its vital
areas, which ensures the long life of
the cooker, and also insulates from
the excessive heat that it would
