TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
CAUSE SOLUTION
Fail to start.
◾
Battery pack is not attached to
the brush cutter.
◾
No electrical contact between
thebrushcutter and the battery
pack.
◾
The battery pack is depleted.
◾
Lock-off lever and trigger are
not
depressed simultaneously.
◾
Attach the battery pack to the
powerhead.
◾
Remove battery, check contac
tsand reinstall the battery pack until i
t snaps into place.
◾
Charge the battery pack with Aos
heng chargers listed in this manual.
◾
Press down the lock-off lever and
hold it, then depress the trigger totur
n on the brushcutter.
Stop working.
◾
The motor is overloaded.
◾
Heavy cutting line is used.
◾
The battery pack or the brush
cutter is too hot.
◾
The battery pack is disconnected
from the tool.
◾
The battery pack is depleted.
◾
The motor will recover whenthe
load is removed. For continuous
working, decrease the load on the
power head.
◾
Use standard nylon cutting line wit
hdiameter no more than 2.4mm.
◾
Allow the battery pack or the powe
rhead to cool until the temperature
drops below 67°C.
◾
Re-install the battery pack.
◾
Charge the battery pack with Aosh
engchargers listed in this manual.
Trimmer head will
not advance line
(only using with
trimmer head)
◾
Motor shaft or trimmer head is b
oundwith grass.
◾
There is not enough line on the s
pool.
◾
The trimmer head is dirty.
◾
Line is tangled on spool.
◾
The line is too short.
◾
Stop the machine, remove the
battery and remove the grass from
the motor shaft and trimmer head.
◾
Remove the battery and replace
thecutting line, follow the section “
LINEREPLACEMENT” in this man
ual.
◾
Remove the battery and clean
spool, spool retainer & spool base.
◾
Remove the battery, remove the
linefrom the spool and rewind, foll
owthe “LINE REPLACEMENT”
section in this manual.
◾
Remove the battery and pull the
lines while alternately pressing
down on and releasing the bumb
knob.
