REPLACING THE WHEELS (Fig. 23a &23b )

WARNING:

Always remove the battery pack when servicing or transporting the mower.

1. Turn the mower over on its side and lean the upper surface against the wall

2. Use a flat-edged screwdriver to pry the dust cover off the wheels.

3. Use external circlip plier release the external retaining ring.

4. Remove bolts, flat washer and worn wheels from axle

5. Place flat washer, external retaining ring, install the new wheels on the axle and tighten the wheels clockwise

with bolts.

6. Install the dust cover on the wheel and press it into position.
