While using a 1/2” wrench to hold the base of the pilot orifice, remove the two
screws securing the pilot to the burner assembly (2). The right hand screw will
have the ground wire.

Using a 7/16 inch wrench, loosen the pilot tube from the pilot.

Disconnect the flame sensor.

Replace pilot in reverse order.

NOTE:

• When screwing the pilot back to the burner assembly, be sure to connect the

ground wire to the right hand screw.
