1. INSERT
Open the white button on the bottom of the
concole with a coin...

...and insert the battery, with the '-' going
first inside. Close the white chamber with a
coin again. (If right positioned, the LED
button on the white console blinks blue &
purple*)
*If the LED is not blinking blue & purple, check that you
inserted the battery in the right direction.
If yes, touch the reset button 2 seconds. If it still does
not blink, press the reset button 10 seconds and you
can onboard the product again.
If still the LED does not blink, it definitely means that
the battery was wrongly inserted.

Position the colorful refill unit on the white
dosing console in a 90° angle.

DOWNLOAD APP
To control your Somat Smart device via the
app, download the app - following the
instructions in your invitation mail. The app
then guides you through the installation
process.
Please note that the app has not yet been
finalized, but is designed for test purposes
only.
How it works:
2. PLACE
Place the Somat Smart in a plate holder in
the lower basket - with the white dosing unit
facing downwards:

As you lower the refill down, ensure proper
fit of the right side of the device into the
hole.
3. CHANGE THE REFILL UNIT
To replace the empty refill unit turn the
device upside down above a sink (to avoid
drops), press the release button (LED
button) from both sides. Now pull both units
apart. Then insert the new refill unit.

Then press the refill down and click both
units into place. (If you have successfully
installed the app, the LED on the white
console lights up blue)
Remove the protective film from the Deo-
Perls® chamber.
Never disconnect a not fully emptied refill unit from the white
dosing unit, to avoid leakage and contact with the cleaning
fluids.
During use, the closure caps can come loose and float in the
detergent chambers and/or make a noise by movement .
These are a normal procedures.
