6. MAINTENANCE
WARNING: All MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS MUST BE CARRIED OUT AFTER THE DEVICE IS DISCONNECTED
FROM THE POWER SUPPLY AND GROUNDING.
•
Never use metal or hard brushes to clean the
mixer. Never clean the mixer with a jet of water.
• The mixer must be thoroughly cleaned after each
use.
• Mixing bowls and tools must be removed from
the mixer for cleaning.
• The transmission and planetary gears are lubri-
cated with special grease with several years of
durability.
To replace the grease, you should contact the au-
thorized service.
• Should a mixing tool strike the mixing bowl, the
mixer will stop. The seller will help you calibrate
the appliance.
IN CASE OF INCORRECT OPERATION OR APPLIANCE FAILURE, CHECK IF:
• The mixer is connected to the power supply.
• The mixer fuse is in good condition. Check circuit
breakers and make sure that the circuit is closed.
• If the problem is not due to the above reasons,
contact your seller.
