Error Codes / Problem and Solution

Problem

Suggested solution

The air purifier doest not power on.

Please check whether the product is plugged in and
powered on.

There is no air from the air outlet

Please check whether the product power is On or Off.

This  air  purifier  has  been  working  for  a
period  of  time,  but  the  air  quality  doesn’t
improve.

This may caused due to an open window/door/some
other source of pollution entering the room.
Remove the source of pollution and close all doors and
windows and let the machine run for longer time.

The filters may have exceeded the suggested time of
cleaning or replacement. Please replace the filters
soon as possible.

The outlet air speed is lower than before.

The filters are too dirty, please replace them
immediately.
Please ensure all the packaging of the filters having
been removed.

There is an abnormal noise from the
product.

Please ensure that the air inlet and outlet are not being
blocked. The device must always be able to ventilate
freely.
Please ensure all the packaging of the filters having
been removed.
If there is still any abnormal sound, please contact the
customer service.

There is abnormal smell (like burning or
smoke).

Please power off the product in a safe way
immediately, pull out the plug from the power socket
and contact the customer service.

Storage:

Please keep the original carton box of the appliance about to store the fan out of the season. Store the unit in a clean
and packaged status and stock the appliance on a dry place.
