Initial start-up and adjustment
NOTE

In the Helios practise workshops, the adjustment is confirmed by means of pressure measurement, which
is the easiest way of adjusting a KWL EC ... D R/L. In this respect, a pressure measuring connector must
be mounted to each connecting piece/
ventilation pipe (approx. 20 cm after the unit connection); the
pressure hoses must be easily accessible.
In order to adjust the system, supply and extracted air openings should be provided with adjustable
elements or valves (accessories). When extracting polluted extracted air, a filter (accessories) must be
located upstream. Extraction hoods must not be connected to the system (reasons: Dirt, fire hazard,
hygiene). In order to ensure air flow within the room, sufficient overflow openings (door gaps, door
ventilation grilles) should be provided.
ATTENTION
All existing fire protection provisions must be observed!
