1.1 Basic information
In order to ensure correct operation and for your own safety, please read and observe the following instructions carefully
before proceeding. Relevant national standards, safety regulations and provisions (e.g. DIN EN VDE 0100) as well as the
technical connection conditions of the energy supply company must be observed and applied.
This document should be regarded as part of the product and as such should be kept accessible and durable to ensure
the safe operation of the ventilation unit. All plant-related safety regulations must be observed. The document must be
issued to the operator (tenant/owner) after the final assembly.
The unit has a door contact switch. If the front door is removed, there is an all-pole disconnection of the supply voltage in
the internal terminal box. This means that the instructed end user can also carry out normal maintenance work e.g. che-
cking the condensate drain, filter replacement, cleaning the heat exchanger or installing the pre-heater (accessories).
The internal terminal box may only be opened by an authorised electrician!
Appropriate measures can be found
in sectionchapter 5 „Electrical Connection“, page 18.
