1.1 Locating the Heater
The diagram below shows space and clearance re-
quirements for locating a heater within a room.

from the Flue Pipe to Combustible Materials
* The clearance to the ceiling is measured from
the top of the unit, excluding the standoffs (see
Figures 1 and 2).
The distance from the unit to combustible construction
is to be measured from the unit outer wrap surface to
the combustible construction,

Clearance Requirements
The top, back, and sides of the heater are defi ned by
stand-offs. The minimum clearance to a perpendicular
wall extending past the face of the heater is 25 mm
(1 in.). The metal ends of the heater may
NOT
be
recessed into combustible construction.
