When the attachment and bowl have fitted correctly, press the
release button again and pull the head of the mixer downwards while
holding the release button. The mixer is now ready for use.

Plug the power cord into the mains power point. Turn the mains
power point on.

Turn the speed control knob clockwise to turn the mixer on. Turn the
speed control knob further to increase the operation speed of the
mixer. To decrease speed, turn the speed control knob anti-clockwise.
To turn the mixer off, turn the speed control knob anti-clockwise to
the off position (0).
Note: During kneading, some flour may be adhered on the inside of the
mixing bowl, remove the bowl cover, and scrape the flour on the inside wall
of bowl using the spatula to incorporate all ingredients. Ensure the mixer
speed is in the off position (0) when this is done.
•When mixing food such as butter with egg or flour, pieces of vegetables
and fruits, use the paddle beater attachment.
•When mixing liquid foods such as eggs, milk, water, etc. use the wire whisk
attachment.
