USING YOUR 10 SPEED KITCHEN STAND MIXER:
•Before assembling the mixer, be sure that the power cord is
unplugged from the electrical power outlet and the speed selector is in
the
OFF
position.
•Operate the mixer only when an attachment has been fitted and it is in
the operating position.
•Ensure the attachments are correctly locked into place before operating the
mixer.
•Be sure to turn the speed selector to the off position (0) after each use.
•Ensure the motor has stopped before removing any attachments and that
the power cord is removed from the electrical power outlet.
•The motor will continue running briefly when the speed selector has been
turned to the off position (0).
•If you need to scrape inside the mixing bowl, wait until the accessory has
stopped completely. Use the spatula, never your fingers.
