B. Fixing and maintenance
If the circuit breaker in the
distributing panel is not connected
If that the power outlet is not fixed
If the power button
of the product is off
In case of a problem from
the power supply of PCB
Connect the circuit breaker (when using the product
after connecting the circuit breaker, if it happens again,
please check the whole power capacity.
Please check that the power outlet is fixed properly.
If not, it can cause fire.
Please check the state of AV power
switch in front of the product.
OFF ON
Please check that each connector in the controller
of the product is connected properly. If there is any
smell of burning, the PCB needs to be changed.
In case that the power is not on
If the motor is not working
If the belt is not operated although there is
operating sound or If slip symptoms occur
while using
If there is high temperature from
the belt and there is any noise when stepping it
Please check the connection of cables in the product.
It might be disconnection of the cables.
Please check the belt tension and adjust it.
It can be a problem caused by shortage of oil.
Please apply the belt oil and then if there is noise still,
the belt should be changed because of belt damage.
In case that the product is not working although the power is on
If there is noise by each cycle
If there is noise near the roller
when turning the belt
If the belt is touched by the sides
1. New product needs stabilization by being idle.
2. If there is damage in the product because of the
belt aging, the belt is needed to be changed.
3. In case that there is any material in the belt,
please clean the belt.
It can be a damage of ball bearing near the roller.
The roller is needed to be changed.
If there is any grind noise because of being touched by sides,
the belt tension needs to be adjusted to be located in the
middle. If it happens continuously for a long time, it can cause
damage to the belt and needs to be changed
