(Customer’s Responsibility)
When you call for service, there are some revisions which you must pay even if they are under
the warranty period.
1.In case of a breakdown made by any substances(water, beverage, coffee, toys and so on)
in the product.
2.In case of a breakdown made by putting and dropping heavy things on the product.
3.In case of a visual damage or modification by using organic thinner, benzene and so on.
4.In case of a breakdown by using unqualified parts and expendables not using the genuine parts
and expendables of Health One.
5.In case of a breakdown caused by excessive voltage.
6.In case that there are lost and damaged parts due to the user disassembling
the product arbitrarily.
7.In case of a breakdown caused by unqualified person who is not a technician from Health One
service center.
8.In case of a breakdown caused by natural disaster (lightning, fire, wind, water, gas,
sea wind, earthquake and so on)
9.In case of a breakdown caused by not following the cautions for safety in this manual.
10.In case of a breakdown made by caused at the fault of the customer.

The customer has a
‘right’
to receive a
‘warranty service’
for
‘1 years’
from the date of
purchase if there is breakdown while on using the product.
But some breakdowns caused by customer’s fault and natural disaster can be solved at a cost
even if it is under the warranty period.
