6. Locate the two black seat mounting
brackets in the carton. Unscrew and
remove the black knobs on the
mounting brackets.
Note
: The
brackets are marked as bracket C
and bracket D. The tabs on bracket
C are shorter than bracket D.
7. Obtain the four M6 x 16mm screws
included in the clear plastic bag.
Align the holes in the tabs of the
mounting brackets with the holes in
the platform. Insert the screws
through the brackets and into the
platform. Using a Phillips head
screwdriver, tighten the screws to
secure both brackets to the platform.
IMPORTANT:
Ensure that bracket C
is mounted on the edge of the
platform, not the side of the platform
next to the scale pillar.
8. Place the seat onto mounting
brackets by aligning the notches on
the seat with the pegs on the
mounting brackets.
9. Locate the black knobs previously
removed in step 6. Insert the knobs
through the holes in the side of the
seat and into the mounting brackets.
Turn clockwise to completely tighten
the knobs and secure the seat onto
the mounting brackets. Scale
assembly is now complete.
