In this diagram, an audio device (TV) is acting as a source and is
being fed into the XTND Audio (300) transmitter “Digital (IN)” port.
This is then extended via Cat5e or Cat6 cable to the XTND Audio
(300) receiver where the signal is converted to analogue stereo and
output from the “Stereo (Out)” port to an AVR or amp.
The mode switch on the XTND receiver should be set to “Digital”
to enable the DAC so Optical audio can be routed to the analogue
“Stereo (Out)” port correctly (see page 11).
