By using the Millennium software, enable the Bluetooth

Wireless Device Operation Aboard Aircraft: The use of any portable electronic transmission devices aboard
aircraft is usually prohibited. Make sure the module(s) are OFF if you are using the Tablet PC aboard aircraft.

Use millennium control panel software to enable/ disable Bluetooth module

Bluetooth Wireless Connection

Tablet PCs with Bluetooth technology eliminates the need for cables for connecting Bluetooth enabled
