CONCEPTION ET FONCTIONNEMENT

4.1

Élément de mesure

L'élément de mesure est un corps de déformation en acier inoxydable sur lequel sont
posées des jauges d'extensométrie. Les jauges sont disposées de façon à ce que deux
d'entre elles soient allongées et les deux autres comprimées lorsqu'une force agit sur le
capteur.

4.2

Recouvrement des jauges d'extensométrie

Afin de protéger les jauges d'extensométrie, les capteurs de force U93 sont soudés à une
fine plaque à l'endroit adéquat. Ce procédé offre une grande protection des jauges contre
les influences ambiantes. Pour ne pas porter atteinte à l'effet de cette protection, la pla­
que ne doit en aucun cas être endommagée.
