4 Troubleshooting and maintenance
4.1
Troubleshooting checklist
Malfunction Possible cause Remedy
The sealing device does
not switch on
No data on the display Mains connection power cable

Check the mains connection and,
if necessary, plug into a different
power outlet
Replace power cable

it is imperative to have
the sealing device tested

Heating cartridge

SST module faulty Increase nominal temperature

Switch off the sealing device and allow it to
cool down
! If it still trips it is imperative to have
the sealing device tested
