With the

lter bank removed, inspect the UV-C lamp and ionizer unit for dirt and grime
(Fig. 5).

Remove all protective plastic

lm from the new

lter bank before installing. Insert the
fi
lter bank unit with the white part (the HEPA
fi
lter) forward. Note that the
fi
lter bank
tabs must protrude out of th
e fi
lter bank to enable the next replacement.

xing it properly on the magnetic latches.

er will not start if the front panel is not properl

xed and closed.
USING THE APPLIANCE
1.
Place the air puri
fi
er on a dry,
fl
at and solid surface. Make sure there is enough clearance
around the air puri
fi
er to allow free circulation. The air puri
fi
er may only be operated stand-
ing upright.
2.
Plug the power cord to a power outlet.
3.
Start the air puri
fi
er by pressing (4a). The air puri
fi
er will start processing air when the LED
(4f) is on.
4.
Set the desired air
fi
ltering speed with (4c). Available speed modes: I: low speed, II: medium
speed, III: high speed. The selected ai
r fi
ltering speed is shown by its LED (4k).
5.
(4d) turns on the UV-C lamp and ionizer unit. Press (4d) again to turn o
ff
the UV-C lamp and
ionizer unit. The LED (4i) is on when the UV-C lamp and ionizer unit is working.

The TIMER button (4e) sets the time to turn o
ff
the air puri
fi
er. Available time settings: 2, 4 and
8 h. The set time to o
ff
is indicated by its LED (4j). To disable the TIMER press and hold (4e)
until all LEDs (4j) are o
ff

er, press (4a) and unplug the power cord.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVICE
CAUTION! Unplug the power cord from the mains before cleaning or maintaining the air purifier.
1.
Clean the air puri
fi
er housing (1) and the front panel (2) with a clean, soft and dry cloth. You
may use it with a little of water; if so, wipe the air puri
fi
er dry afterwards. Use neutral/gentle
domestic detergents to remove persistent grime.
CAUTION! Do not immerse the appliance housing (1) in water! Risk of damage and electrocution!

Clean the
fi
lter bank (3) at least once a month. Before clean-
ing the
fi
lter bank, detach the pre
fi
lter (3a) from the integrated
fi
lter cartridge (3b). The pre
fi
lter is attached to the integrated
fi
lter cartridge with Velcro straps on the activated carbon
fi
lter
side (black), see th
e fi
gure.
Pre
fi
lter (3a):
wipe both sides with a damp sponge and leave
until thoroughly dry. If the dust, dirt and grime persist, you
may gently clean the pre
fil
ter with a small brush. Do this
very carefully and do not apply too much force, otherwise
the pre
fi
lter will be damaged. You can also clean the pre
fi
lter
with a lint roller. Clean the pre
fi
lter at least once a month. If
the
fi
lter shows evidence of physical damage (e.g. holes, rips,
etc.), replace it with a new one.
