6 - Major inspection
Major inspection allow determining the suitability, integrity and proper functioning of the machine : It
must take place when the machine is 10 years or 5000 h after renewed every 5 years.
This inspection is the responsibility of the owner, and it must be conducted by a HAULOTTE Services®
technician.
This inspection includes the daily, periodic and reinforced inspections. Refer to the Operators manual
for further information.
Major inspection
In addition with daily, periodic,
and reinforced inspections
Visual inspection with small disassembly or
movement needed to reach the part.
Replacement is necessary.
Systematic replacement
Proof tests. Need HAULOTTE Services® authorization. For countries where machines are not subject to
controlled periodic maintenance.
