5 - Reinforced inspection
Reinforced periodic inspection is a thorough inspection of the structure of the machine, to ensure the
full functionnality. It must occur at a frequency of 5 years or 2500 h.
This inspection is under the responsibility of the owner, and it must be conducted by a Haulotte Service
technician or qualified/authorized person.
This inspection should include the daily inspection and periodic inspection, refer to the manual for
details.

Visual inspection with small disassembly or movement needed to reach the part. Replacement is necessary.
Proof tests. Need HAULOTTE Services® authorization. For countries where machines are not subject to
controlled periodic maintenance.
