TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Unit too hot.

Unit not hot enough.

Unit not working at all.

Thermostat control set too high.

Thermostat control stuck in the ON
position.

Unit plugged into an incorrect
power supply.

Thermostat control set too low.

Location of unit is susceptible to air
currents (air conditioning ducts or
exhaust fans).

Unit not plugged in.

Unit not turned on.

Power ON/OFF switch is not
functioning.

Heating element is burned out

Thermostat control is defective.

Move power ON/OFF switch to
the ON position.
