Symptom Probable Cause Corrective Action
Light bulb not working. Light bulb defective. Replace light bulb.
Power turned OFF. Move Power On/Off switch(es) to the On position.
Heated base or shelf not hot
enough.
Temperature Control(s) set too low. Adjust Temperature Control(s) to a higher setting.
Heating element(s) not working.
Contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Temperature Control(s) not working properly.
Excessive air movement around unit. Restrict or redirect air movement (i.e., air conditioning duct
or exhaust fan) away from unit.
Unit connected to incorrect power supply. Contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Heated base or shelf too hot. Temperature Control(s) set too high. Adjust Temperature Control(s) to a lower setting.
Temperature Control(s) not working properly.
Contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Unit connected to incorrect power supply.
No heat, but light works. Temperature Control(s) set too low. Adjust Temperature Control(s) to a higher setting.
Heating element(s) not working.
Contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
Temperature Control(s) not working properly.
No heat and no lights. Power turned OFF. Move Power On/Off switch(es) to the On position.
Circuit breaker tripped. Reset circuit breaker. If circuit breaker continues to trip,
contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Power switch defective. Contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco for
assistance.
