!  WARNING

: 

READ  THE  FOLLOWING  INSTRUCTIONS  CAREFULLY. 

ONCE THE HEADREST IS INSERTED INTO THE BACKREST,  

IT CANNOT BE REMOVED

.

1.  Identify both the headrest and backrest. Ensure that 

BOTH

  the  headrest  and  the  backrest  side  impact 

supports face you (both face the same direction).

2.  Insert  the  rectangular  extension 

of  the  headrest  into  the  opening 

at  the  top  of  the  backrest  

(see illustration).

3.  With both hands, push down hard 

and  quickly  until  the  headrest  is 

fully inserted.

TIP

:  If you have difficulty inserting headrest, try rocking 

headrest  side  to  side  as  you  push  down  to  insert 

one side, then the other.
