Step 2)

Place the small end of the Handle between the stays located on the Up and Down
Plate (#2).  Secure in place by inserting Cotter Pin (#12) through the hole in the stay,
then through Handle (#11) and through second Stay.  Place pin through Cotter
Pin (#12)-see Figure 1.

Step 3)

Slide Seat (#1) with Up and Down Plate (#2) onto the end of the Pneumatic
Pump (#5).

Step 4)

Slide Tool Tray (#8) over the bottom end of the Pneumatic Pump (#5) so that the
three (3) different Tray compartments face upward-see Assembly diagram.

Step 5)

Slide the Base (#9) up onto the bottom of the Pneumatic Pump (#5) so that the holes
in the Tool Tray (#8) rest over the holes in each leg of the Base (#9).

Step 6)

Slide the pin on the Rear Caster Wheel (#10) up through hole in the Base (#9) and
Tool Tray (#8).  Slide on Washer (#6) and thread on Nut (#7).  Repeat for the
remaining four (4) Rear Caster Wheels (#10)-see Figure 2.

Operation

To assist you with operation please refer to the Operational Figures as well as the Assembly
Diagram and Parts List located on the last pages of this manual.  

Note:  Do not exceed the

maximum weight capacity of 250 Lbs.

Lowering the Seat

Step 1)

While seated in the Roller Seat, press down on the Handle (#11).  The Seat will lower
as you apply weight to the Seat.  When the Roller Seat is at the desired height,
release the Handle (#11) and the Seat will be set in position.

Raising the Seat

Step 1)

Press down on the Handle (#11) while the Seat is empty.  The Seat will raise
upward to its’ maximum height.
