Use eye and ear protection

.  Always wear ANSI approved impact safety goggles.

8.

Check for damaged parts

.  Before using any product, any part that appears damaged should

be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function.
Check for alignment and binding of moving parts; any broken parts or mounting fixtures; and
any other condition that may affect proper operation. Any part that is damaged should be
properly repaired or replaced by a qualified technician.

9.

Replacement parts and accessories

.  When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.

Use of any other parts will void the warranty. Only use accessories intended for use with this
product. Approved accessories are available from Harbor Freight Tools.

10.

Do not operate product if under the influence of alcohol or drugs

.  Read warning labels on

prescriptions to determine if your judgment or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there
is any doubt, do not operate the product.

11.  

Do not use the Mechanics’ Roller Seat as a scaffold, ladder, stool or any use not intended

for this product.  This product is only meant to be used as a seat.

12.  

Make certain to use the Mechanics’ Roller Seat on a flat, level and even surface.

13.   Gently sit on the Roller Seat.  Falling into or sitting down hard on the seat could damage
        the product.

Warning:

The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction
manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may

caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be
supplied by the operator.

Assembly

Your Mechanics’ Roller Seat will require complete assembly prior to use.  It is important that you
read the entire manual to become familiar with the unit BEFORE you use the Roller Seat.  Before
assembling your Mechanics’ Roller Seat be sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List
located on the last pages of this manual.

Step 1)

Attach the Up and Down Plate (#2) to the Seat (#1).  Slide one Washer (#3) onto
each Hex Screw (#4).  Insert one (1) Hex Screw (#4) with Washer (#3) up through
each corner of the Up and Down Plate (#2) and into the bottom of the Seat (#1).
Tighten all four (4) Hex Screws until Up and Down Plate (#2) is firm against
Seat (#1)-see Figure 1.
