USING SPEAKER MODE
5. < Client Connection List > displays the information of other connected speakers (Activated, Deactivated
status) only if the speaker transmission method is set to Unicast.
If you set the speaker transmission method to Multicast, the information of other connected speakers will
not be displayed, but the sound source play function will run.
Broadcast Client Settings

Communication Method: Supports TCP/IP

Transmission Method: Select the same method as the
broadcast server to connect
between Unicast and Multicast
- Unicast is a 1:N server-client structure.(Maximum 1:20)
- Multicast can be broadcast to all clients in the channel
via the channel communication method. (Maximum
1:256)
~ Set IP Address and Port. Enter the IP address and port
of the server to be connected.

Click the [
Apply
] button to save the settings and move to the Broadcast Client screen.
Broadcast Client Operation Information
When you click the [ Apply ] button in the < Broadcast Client Settings >, the client operation starts, and you
will be moved to the screen below which shows client settings, play, and server and operation information.
1. Click < BGM Streaming >

] buttons to select whether to operate the Broadcast Client.
~ Click the [ Settings ] button to move to the < Broadcast Client Settings > screen.
2. Communication Information and Play Information are displayed on <Broadcast Client Settings Information >.
When the source files are played through < Speaker > mode or < Controller > mode, the MP3 Encoding
(MP3, WAV) or PCM Encoding (TTS) information value will be displayed on the Play Information.
3. Server Information connected to Broadcast Client is displayed on < Server Information >
4. If the source files are played using < Speaker > mode or < Controller > mode, it is displayed on the Level
Meter of < Operation Information > and you can control the volume.
5. If you broadcast with the source speaker selected from the < Operation Mode >

of the < Controller Mode > speaker, the source speaker's IP address and port number are automatically
reflected in the client's server information.

If you broadcast with the source speaker selected from the < Annual Scheduler > menu of the < Controller Mode >
speaker, the IP address and port number of the source speaker are automatically reflected in the client's server
information.
` When you operate the broadcasting system with a < Controller Mode > speaker or server (SPA-S1000), do not separately
set the transmission method and operation information of < Broadcast Server > or < Broadcast Client >.
