Vernevelsysteem, Zerstäubungssystem, liquids spraying system, vaporisateur de liquides
7.
Disconnect the pressure line from the SprayUnit.
8.
Connect the power supply of the PowerUnit to the wall socket. The pump will
start to run (power LED on PowerUnit will flash), and liquid will travel through
the line. Reconnect the pressure line to the SprayUnit, as soon as the first
amount of fluid flows out of the end of the line
.
The PompUnit pump will keep
running, until the desired pressure is reached. In case the LED flashes for longer
than 30 seconds, then probably there
’
s a leak in the system. The same goes for
the situation where the LED flashes regularly, while no liquid is dispensed by
the SprayUnit.
Warning! The PowerSpray is now under electrical voltage.
Attention! Please make sure the fluid level in the connected container is filled
up on time. This prevents air entering the line, thus ensuring the pressure line
to be kept at the right pressure.
9.
Check the system for any leaks or blockings. If these are not present, the
PumpUnit will only be shortly active, just after the SprayUnit has been activated
by the feeding system.

Calibration
Calibrating the PowerSpray system is done using the following steps, according to the
connected feeding system:
1.
First, it is needed to bleed the air out of the SprayUnit. keep a test
-
tag of the
corresponding feed type in front of the tag reader. The feeding system will ac-
tuate the SprayUnit a number of times. No collection of the liquid is needed
yet.
2.
Go to the calibration menu of your corresponding feeding system. If necessary,
read the corresponding manual or consult your dealer.
3.
Before collecting the fluid, first weigh the empty collecting bucket.
4.
Place a small bucket around the nozzle, make sure the whole mist can be col-
lected.
5.
Follow the calibration steps as described in the manual of the corresponding
feeding system.
6.
The volume of a single dose could be a too small value for the feeding system.
In this case, simply multiply the value by for example 10 or 100. Of course this
should be done as well when setting the desired dose per cow. If the feeding
system is displaying any storage or liquid usage, this will consequently not cor-
respond with the actual values. Please keep this in mind.
Repeat these calibration steps every month, as well as after refilling the storage, and
after changing the feed type.
Important! The PowerSpray is exclusively designed for liquids with a water
-
like
viscosity. manufacturer cannot guarantee proper functioning when using other
types of liquid.
Warning! The SprayUnit will spray as soon as it is being actuated by the feeding
system. Beforehand, one will not notice when fluid will spray out of the nozzle
of the SprayUnit.
