4. FAQ
Occuring problem
Possible cause
Solution
There is no feed.
No feed in stock pipe.
Check auger and silo.
Motor is not controlled by the controller.
Take of the cover at the motor and check
the indicator lights on the PCB.
Check supply and control (voltage) (see ma-
nual ControlUnit. Provided when it is used as
a control.)
Check if the rotor spins. Connection piece
between the motor and drive-shaft could
be broken.
Remove motor of rotor and reinsert (note
settings for anti spill)(pag.10, step 7)
Constipation by, for example wood or
plastic.
Remove the PipeFeeder off the wall and sha-
ke it empty. The rotor can be rotated by hand
when it is empty.
Check if you have a anti spill version of the
PipeFeeder. (fig.6)
For AC with DosPrint: check institutions/
function. For the correct institutions down-
load the manual, see website.
PipeFeeder isn’t anti spill.
PipeFeeder isn’t set.

PipeFeeder doesn’t distribute
the proper amount.
