Troubleshooting table
Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The dishes are not
completely clean.
There are food scraps which
are encrusted onto the dishes.
Soak dirty dishes prior to wash-
ing the dishes.
The dishes have not been
stacked optimally.
Stack the dishes in such a way
that all parts can be reached by
the water jets (see „Loading the
dishwasher“ on page EN-13).
You have selected the incorrect
dishwashing programme.
Select the correct dishwashing
programme (see „Programme
table“ on page EN-17).
The dishwasher detergent is
incorrectly dosed.
Use the correct dosage of dish-
washer detergent (see „Pro-
gramme table“ on page EN-17).
The water pressure is too low.
Turn the water tap on com-
pletely.
The spraying arm can not ro-
tate unhindered.
Ensure that no dishes are im-
peding the motion of the spray-
ing arm.
The nozzles on the spraying
arm are blocked/calcified.
Clean the nozzles (see „Clean-
ing the spraying arm“ on page
EN-23).
